My kids have grown up on Virami’s. When they were little, Virami’s was the friendliest place to take them and the food was always amazing. Jersey pizza ? done right! And as they got older they still went to Virami’s on their own because it’s a community staple AND it’s that good. This pizza had dry, overcooked crust, Tasteless tomato sauce, and a very conservative amount of toppings. Ordered a number 2 gourmet pizza and a margherita pizza. Number 2 had mushy dried out tomato slices and the margherita pie (sliced mozzerella, tomato sauce, and basil) had 4 little shreds of basil across the whole pie.
