Roast pig is included in the many packages they offer many caterers charge you additonal extra on top of their menus. They have their own ovens to roast the pigs. I ordered the package offering 4 roast pigs and when the pigs arrived they were huge and cooked perfectly. The staff arrived on time and were organised.
