I had a fantastic experience with the host who was in charge of my group. They were very friendly and accommodating.
I give this restaurant one star. I never received my food when I reached the window, even though there was an Apple Pay sticker on the window. I was informed that they do not accept Apple Pay through the drive-through because the machine does not come out the window. I offered to give them my phone, but they still refused to accept Apple Pay. There was no food manager at the window, and they seemed to think the situation was amusing. I found another Wendy's location eight minutes away that gladly accepted Apple Pay and was open an extra hour compared to this location. It was definitely worth the extra 8-minute drive to go to the other Wendy's.
I ordered a medium crispy chicken meal (plain) and requested a strawberry lemonade instead of soda, along with an additional strawberry lemonade on the side. The employee taking my order seemed confused and got everything wrong. The employees also lacked manners and were extremely rude. My burger was not plain as I had requested, and when I pointed this out, I was met with a response of "You should have asked for it plain." This all occurred between 6:55 and 6:59.
