There came a dish that wowed me as it arrived with a generous amount of sliced truffle flakes. Dug into it and regretted not taking a picture of it. Presentation is half the pleasure. My wife's seafood pasta was amazing, just wondered how they managed to get fresh tasting seafood to the northern side of the Alps.
