Nice hotel on the inside but the outside is misleading. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel lobby was very nice. Front desk employees were very friendly. Public transportation is close by. There are a few shops nearby with in walking distance. This hotel is NOT close to the Florence attractions but very reasonable. View all feedback.

Arrived at the hotel wth my friend and we were given one key. We went to our room which has an order of rotten eggs! The room had dust bunnies. Everything was old and not clean. Needs s paint job, fresh clean draperies .We told the desk about the Oder and they said by the time we got back from our tour they would have moved us to another room.
