Great service and clean. I see employees always staying busy when I walk by, not just on there phones or standing around. They let us take our time when deciding and never rush and are happy to help when we ask questions. Our last trip we bought an ice cream cake that looked like pancakes. It was so good ! We go here often and typically have no issues but of course the one time we splurge on waffle cones, they were stale. We told the employee, who proceeded to just replace the first stale ones with ones that were even worse. We let her know again, and just got a sorry not a refund which was pretty disappointing.
