What Raniero Gentile doesn't like about Trattoria Gatto Gambarone:
Real local cuisine simple but tasty. Salumi are home made. Try the 'torta fritta ' it is typical for the region . We go there twice a year and I get the feeling the 've lost the sense of challenge. The food is okay but lacking spirit....From experience we know that plates can be better if they want.
