Not open at posted time. It had lights on, people in there, but no one attempted to take an order or even communicate they weren't open yet. The automated system asked a question and then dead air. After wasting time, I pulled up to the window and 2 people were in there. They looked at me and continued going whatever they were doing until I pulled off. View all feedback.
