My wife and I stayed at the Silver Reef Resort in June 2022 to celebrate 10 years together. We booked a stay and play room and had a great time! When we arrived we noticed the room counters dresser needed wiped off. In-room tablet for music identifying hotel amenities wouldn't connect. Called front desk to report tablet not working and they said would send a technician. Never showed up. Watching TV 10pm and it stopped working, lost connection for 30 min.
