We stayed at the inn and had a fantastic evening with locals from both sides of the border. We enjoyed drinks until closing time and had wonderful and insightful conversations. The playful banter and teasing among the group was fantastic. The local atmosphere was great! View all feedback.
What jordi sanchis dislikes about Fiddlestone Pub:
Very bad place to spend the night, I do not recommend it to ANYONE, very noisy. I would give it a negative score but I can't. Very loud music until the wee hours of the morning. View all feedback.
Great atmosphere watching the rugby with a lite bite afterwards in front of a roaring figure. Very welcoming staff.
Very cozy spot for a drink. Popular with locals as well as visitors. Pool table available. Nice pint of Carlsberg.
Lovely establishment with friendly staff. However, no guidance or explanation of the facilities was provided. Unfortunately, the premises were below standard. No hot water. Drainage blocked such that a major room flood was narrowly avoided. We were unable to shower and the toilet had no top lid cover. On discussing this matter with the owner we were left feeling very disappointed and used. He refused to make any adjustments or allowances to compensate for the situation we were forced to endure. I would definitely NOT recommend this establishment as a place to stay.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Originally booked into the B&B, we inquired about the cottages near the pub and were fortunate enough to secure one instead. This provided us with more space, especially with our baby, and we could still easily walk over to the pub for breakfast. The location was perfect, with Belleck just a short walk away. The locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were in town for my partner to fish at the nearby Drowse fishery, which was only a 20-minute drive away. It was also a great spot for exploring Bundoran or Sligo, while still being able to return to Belleck for peace and tranquility. The house was immaculate, and we can't wait to book again!
A warm and welcome spot in the quiet town of Belleek, our hosts and the locals made us feel welcome and the location of the Fiddlestone made it a perfect spot to visit the surrounding areas. The bar was cozy and bustling on a Saturday night and even though our 3 year old was with us she was made a part of the evening by the bar staff. The breakfast was 10/10 the lovely ladies were attentive and we couldn’t ask for more. Don’t overlook this little gem.
