As a Texan living in this area for a year, I haven't had high expectations for finding a good Mexican restaurant. However, my sister and I decided to give Panchos a try, and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything from the salsa to the queso, margaritas, and fajitas was fantastic. I wish our experience had been better at this restaurant, especially since it's the only place in Goshen. Unfortunately, the staff provided very poor customer service and messed up our order both times we visited. We were charged almost $12 for nachos, but there were only 6 chips in the box with cheese.
