This was my first time visiting a Newk's location and I was very impressed. The gentleman who greeted us was friendly and had excellent customer service, setting a positive tone for our dining experience. The menu offered a great variety of options including salads, soups, and sandwiches. Use to be one of our favorite spots...today we went and it was so filthy, terrible service, food brought out stacked on top of each other with bottom of plates on the kids food, food places by server on top of kids croutons they were eating, burnt pizza, just terrible.
