Food was bland beyond compare the spicy salmon and special rolls had no flavor, despite Lotus's sushi being priced higher than nearby competitors. The scallops and steak were lacking seasoning, and were overcooked. The tuna inside my special rolls even had skin and left over fish blood on it (as shown in the photo I posted), which makes me think it was either prepared improperly, or low quality.
