New to the area we have been making the rounds at the eateries. Our serve Lorraine was fantastic. She went above and beyond, made us feel like family. We were not rushed. The food was very good. Although we do like this restaurant as a quick local stop, we know it's a chain restaurant, but the service was below par and the food was not as promised. Asked for our meat to be cooked, medium rare, and it actually came gray and not edible. We were never asked why it wasn't eaten. Just asked if we were done and brought the check.
