It hurts to leave a rating this low for a former favorite. While service and quality have never been an issue, company policy is moving some of it's loyal customers to the back burner. I have later onset gluten allergens. To enjoy the same buffet my wife does, I'd have to spend $100+ due to the entire allergen menu being á la carte.
