Grumpy old man at desk refused to give me an 8 pound ball (I'm little). He pointed to the rules for using bumpers. I didn't ask to use the bumpers. I just needed a lighter ball. This is just one example of the poor service we received. As we were leaving he told us we didn't need to come back. No surprise we won't. View all feedback.
