**Restaurant Review: KFC's Mixed Experience** KFC continues to serve its signature flavors, with many appreciating the delicious fried chicken and biscuits. However, recent visits have highlighted significant inconsistencies in service and order accuracy. Patrons have reported incomplete orders, lackadaisical staff interactions, and subpar quality in items such as the nuggets, which fail to meet expectations for both taste and value. Moreover, even basic drinks like Diet Pepsi were served flat and unfulfilled. While the food itself maintains a reputation for quality, the overall dining experience falls short, leaving customers yearning for improved service and consistency in order fulfillment.
We ordered the Fill Up Box, and while the four-piece crispy chicken and biscuits were delicious, we were disappointed with the nuggets that we've seen advertised. They were undercooked, had very little breading, and there were only about 10 nuggets in the box. We're not sure how many we were supposed to receive, but we specifically wanted the nuggets and fries. Unfortunately, the fries were also lacking. We won't be ordering this again!
So instead of getting a thigh leg in my meal, I got an overcooked back leg. Didn't get any honey butter for my biscuit either. The coleslaw was good.
Went yesterday just after 4pm, horrible customer service. I ordered my meal for dine in, the kid just set it on the counter without a tray I asked if I could get a tray and he looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about. He said a tray? Isaid yes the tray you put people food on when they dine in, then he said oh ok let me get one so he went to the back and broughtone up then he looked at it and said oh this one is all wet so he went back to get another one. He didn't give me a cup for mydrink but he walked off to do something else so I asked a girl that has long dark hair and glasses and is kinda tall. When Iasked her for a cup for my drink she said a cup? I said yeah the paper cup so she asked another person where are the paper cups. I pointed them out to her and she said oh these? I said yes I want the size that comes with the meal. I think your employeeneeds more training before you let them out on the floor or at least make sure they know what things are. Get some goodemployees and maybe I will go back..
Absolutely awful service. All of our orders were messed up and incomplete? ALL of them. And after receiving our food it was just ?here you go? with no reimbursement for the missing food and incorrect orders.
This was a bad day for KFC. Workers were disinterested in the customers and slow. This was a very good poor example of customer service in our fast food world these days. For the price you pay for fast food, you expect more.
