I have never experienced customer service like I did at a wedding here recently it’s horrendous. They treat guests as an inconvenience, having spoke to a lot of the guests they also said the same. Rachel and James were the worst out of them all and they are the owners. For a venue that only really do weddings you would think they would focus on customer service. View all feedback.
