It was a pleasant experience. The food took a while to come out, but the restaurant was busy with other customers. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the restroom for disabled guests was lacking toilet seat covers and toilet paper, and the paper towel holder was broken. This restaurant is absolutely terrible! I have had multiple orders messed up over the course of several weeks. I used the drive-thru and was asked to pull over and wait for my order. Each time I returned home, I found that several items were missing. One of the meals even had only half of a cookie. When I called the manager to complain, she hung up on me.
