We recently ordered some salads from this restaurant, and unfortunately, they didn't meet our expectations. We've been regular customers, so we were a bit disappointed. However, the manager, who I believe is named David, quickly addressed the issue. As frequent patrons, we dislike having to complain, but he responded swiftly and was very friendly about it! The staff is incredibly rude! My calls kept getting disconnected, and when I called back to speak to someone, they let the phone ring for a full three minutes before finally saying, "That's the way it goes." It was awful! The manager hung up on customers and didn't answer the phone because they were busy with a buffalo chicken sub, which ended up spilling everywhere. I will never order from here again!
