Jasmine Coram was fantastic at the drive-thru! She handled our incorrect order efficiently and ensured that we left the window satisfied. However, the manager on duty was not effective; he just stood by while we waited for our order to be corrected and didn't inquire about our order at all. The restaurant is open until 11:00, but it closes at 9:00. The drive-thru was open, but the ice cream machine was broken. The fries were cold, and my chicken nuggets were missing from my order.
