Silver Diner is a modern take on the traditional American diner, offering a flexible menu that allows for customization. Even the pickiest eaters can find something they enjoy or create their own dish. The Kid's Food Critic contest is a fun feature, where children can submit their own recipes for a chance to win free food for a year and have their dish featured on the menu. Chef Ype adds his own seasonal selections, such as Mediterranean lamb meatballs with fire-roasted pepper sauce and tahini harissa yogurt, or Alaskan cod in lemon garlic sauce with quinoa and pomegranate.
