Perhaps I exist in a different reality than the critics, but whenever I visit this restaurant for large orders before heading back to my hometown, the experience has always been exceptional. The customer service is top-notch, and the food is served hot and fresh. My orders have always been accurate, every single time. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
"I ordered specific items, and what I received was not what I expected. I had requested drinks with Dr. Paprika, but there were no straws included, so my drinks were just sitting in the round without anything else. Although my receipt had my name and order on it, the system indicated that it would take 40-50 minutes for my order, yet it was ready in under five minutes. I suspect they printed my order and accidentally placed it in the wrong bag.".
