we had lunch here after the view of the drain: Unfortunately not everything went well. the egg in the coccio was completely raw, the tartare was really very coarse (the good meat but it could not be called tartare because the cubes were of very large size) and the tagliatelle to the chianti had sticked, forming agglomerates of pasta.
