My nephew and I came here and had a chicken tender combo and a sandwich. The service was great. They did forget my BBQ sauce but as soon as I brought it up the man was quite apologetic and immediately handed me it. View all feedback.

I’m not sure what needs to be fixed, but I really hope it improves—it's become nearly inedible for me. I ordered a chicken sandwich without mayo since I can't have it, but they put it on anyway. This keeps happening every time I visit! What’s going on?

I spent $12 on five Nashville chicken tenders, and that didn't even come with a meal. Twelve whole dollars! I got home in under five minutes, and the food was cold and tough. It was outrageously overpriced and tasted awful. This was the worst experience I've ever had at KFC.
I ordered two 8-piece meals, each costing $35 after tax, but they only gave me one. I paid a total of $80 including delivery. When I informed them about the mistake, they told me to pick up the rest of my order at the restaurant later that night. When I explained I ordered through delivery and asked if they could deliver the missing items, they refused. When I went to pick up the remaining order, I only realized after getting home that it still wasn’t complete. I have to go back again. This place is a complete joke.
