Was OpenTable Diner at Zizzi - Exeter a mag?
I booked a table at this restaurant for my birthday with my boyfriend. When we arrived, we saw that it was very busy and we were offered a table near the kitchen where the chef was yelling about food pick-up, which was quite disruptive as the place was already loud. We asked to change tables and they did move us, but then forgot to come back and take our order. After waiting for around 15 minutes, we had to flag down... View all feedback.

wrong food, no empathy from Zizzi, got told to re order and claim a refund. Apparently our order is still sat there in the restaurant. Shame about the people missing out on their food! So if I have to order again, I will have to pay another service charge and delivery fee! Not good enough and will not be using them again. View all feedback.
I was a couple times and love eating, the service was always good. Probably expensive, another goes to the restaurant!
The eating was brilliant so there was no complaining! problems with the technology and the number of systems caused a bit of a “ho ha” during the payment, but we have there at the end! there must be a better technique out there to pay for large group meal? would like to visit again.
Went out early on date night and while it wasn't especially romantic we had a really lovely evening. The sharing starter was outstanding, great tastes and portions, probably more suited to 3 or 4 sharing as we had to abandon a few items to allow room for the mains and puddings. I had a pizza which was really good and the better half had a pasta dish, also very good. Big portions and we decided on a takeaway box to bring the leftovers home and finish tomorrow so that we had room for pudding. Glad we did as they were excellent. Drinks were well priced and tasty and a big jug of water was provided with no fuss. We paid partially in Tesco clubcard vouchers which wasn't a problem and all in the total bill was £80 less the vouchers- excellent value. Our serving staff were really efficient, friendly, attentive and patient. The highlight overall really. Our main server was Gracie Well done Zizzi- we will return
Not allergy safe (soy allergy) very lucky that my friend wasn’t anaphylactic but wouldn’t risk coming here if you are. Staff were informed of the allergy but food was brought out no one checked who had the allergy/ normal allergy processes
