I had a great meal at this restaurant last week, but I was extremely disappointed when my recent order arrived with several items missing and the food that did arrive was cold and some even burnt (see picture). When I called the restaurant to address the issue, they were unresponsive and didn't seem to care at all. It's a shame to gain a new customer one week only to lose them the next. This is our first meal in Exeter. The restaurant is small and only offers takeout, so the prices are reasonable. I enjoyed the masala and samosas.

First takeaway from Spice Magic and didn't disappoint. I've had a lot of curries in my time and this is one of the best. I will be ordering weekly
Inexpensive is the best way to describe this. You get what you pay for and no more than that. Perfectly adequate but I will not repeat the visit

When I reached out to the takeout service, they also did not seem to care and blamed the problem on Just Eat, even though the complaint was about the food itself.
