Was Anonym at Kaspa's a mag?
hallo, we visited on Saturday, when we were in exeter for the weekend with our daughter who has zöliakie and would like to thank them so much for the uptake of her and her nutritional needs, she had, as she described it, the best sticky toffee pudding and custard and shared a nice ice cream sundae with her sister who was adapting to be gluten free! What Anonym dislikes about Kaspa's:
Friendly service and discounts available. Massively over priced for what are very cheap desserts. They have taken away all of the best waffle options : Good gimmick for little ones. View all feedback.
This restaurant is great for dessert! I tried the waffles, cookie dough, and ice cream and everything was delicious. I will definitely be returning.
Highly recommend coming here for desserts very like the cookie dough, especially the biscoff flavored one. Will surely comeback again.
Tonight, we decided to give Kaspas another try, hoping for better results. Unfortunately, our waffles arrived cold and one of them even had hair on it. The strawberries were sour and the bananas were bruised. I strongly advise against dining here. It is extremely unhygienic to find hair in your food, let alone mold in a drink. I suggest going to a different dessert shop instead of Kaspas.
Love the choice of a kaspas and it never disappoints wherever we are. Staff were really friendly and made it a great experience. Everyone was happy with their choices and the portion sizes larger than expected for some things. Great for a special occasion or just a general treat day.
I chose this restaurant for my 13-year-old daughter's birthday celebration with a few friends. The desserts were amazing, but I wanted to comment on how brilliant the staff were. Despite me arriving much later than planned and without prior notice, I asked if I could put up decorations and leave a birthday cake to present later. The staff reassured me not to worry and said they would take care of everything. The booth we had reserved looked incredible with a banner, balloons, and confetti on the table. My daughter was amazed when she walked in, and I was truly grateful. I highly recommend this restaurant for their exceptional customer service.
