The venue is excellent for business meetings, offering a comfortable atmosphere near the M5 with free parking and Wi-Fi. The dining options are also quite nice. We have held our courses in the conference room there, which has great facilities and a very helpful staff. View all feedback.
Whenever you're assigned a workplace within Sowton, or have an appointment in or around the industrial estate, and you have plenty of time to spare and it is early in the morning, you can get yourself a snack or some breakfast at Fresha Ltd. Personally, when I'm there, I tend to go for a peppermint tea, a banana and a chocolate cake (like a biscuit or a brownie). The eatery is fifteen to twenty minutes away from the Digby Sowton train station, yet it is only about five minutes away from the local Park And Ride bus station.
I'd like to express my gratitude to the Fresha team for their warm welcome in their Exeter café meeting room earlier this week. Although I was feeling a bit under the weather that day, their yogurt and honey muesli really hit the spot. Their friendly atmosphere gave me the encouragement I needed, and I truly felt uplifted. Thank you!
Friendly, professional and nice environment. Dropped in for some tea and toast and was able to work a little as I ate. I would certainly stop by again if I was in the area.
Did my speed awareness course in the meeting rooms behind the cafe. Didn't buy anything in the cafe coz I had to rush back to work asap...
