Restaurant offers a small selection of dishes, which vary based on seasonally available products. We tried 5 dishes and 2 desserts, each of which was made of quality ingredients, with and interesting combination of different flavors. We especially enjoyed the creative and modern approach after two weeks of finding basically the same dishes in almost all restaurants around Portugal, so this was a welcome alternative! The dishes are for sharing. Everything is very tasteful and made with local products. Better to make a reservation because only 16 chairs. Haute cuisine????

If you like natural and local food with zero-km ingredients cooked combining portiguese cuisine with a touch of young creativity well....you're in the right (tiny) place!! It's all added to the courtesy and preparedness of the staff and here's the perfect recipe for a satisfactory lunch in Evora. Definitely a place to visit and re-visit.
Best experience ever! I definitely recommend it. An explosion of traditional flavours, I felt amazed by this place and I could eat here every single day if I could. A huge Thank You to the team o Hibrido.
Very interesting place! Thanks to previous good reviews we found it! You must book in advance they only have few tables. Interesting experimental approach the chef does what he believes is the best for today. So menu changes. It is like tapas sort of menu it supposed you order few things and share, but, obviously, you are not obliged to. Pork, fish, everything was delicious, thanks to the chef! Mousse de chocolate was especially good. We had a very special dinner. I would visit Evora again just to be at this restaurant. Thank you!
