I ordered a medium iced caramel swirl. It said it on my coffee. I didn’t get to taste it because of how small the drive through is. I ordered a medium iced caramel swirl. It said it on my coffee. I didn’t get to taste it because of how small the drive through is. I get home and take a sip and it’s the French vanilla flavor shot which tastes awful. I get one coffee to start my day every morning it’s the thing that starts my day and it was terrible. I’ve been to this same location multiple times and they make the same mistake over and over again. So disappointed and will never be going back.
One star review. The employees have no idea what they are doing!!! I WAITED LIKE 20 MINUTES FOR ONE DRINK, WHEN I ORDERED TWOOOOOO!!! They also got my order wrong. I asked for a chocolate donut and they gave me a chocolate croissant…. How do you mess up THAT badly?????????????#NeverAgain
I've consistently had issues with my coffee order at this place. It appears unkempt and dirty, and the customer service varies greatly depending on the day. This was my go-to Dunkin’ for 15 years, but I stopped going a year ago due to the poor service. The management really needs to improve things.
I was very pleased with my drinks. However, the food took a while to arrive and was overcooked this time. Overall, though, the dishes are always excellent!
