What Dominique A likes about Da Jerk Pit/claire's Korner:
This was the best thing I've had to eat anywhere. My first time here was today. I got the Brown Stewed Chicken... Amazing. It had a spicy and sweet taste to it. The curried cabbage and fried plantains were to die for and the rice!! No words can explain the magic that happen when I put the rice in my mouth. Thank you Claire for your hospitality. I absolutely love jamaican food. I gave Da J pit in Evanston a try, and was recently disappointed to learn that they (Da J Pit) will be merging with Claire's Korner. This is disappointing because of the terrible customer service I experienced from the Da J Pit. Because of the merge, I will have to decline Claire's Korner. Claire's son (Da J pit owner) is going to run the building into the ground with his bad attitude... View all feedback.
