It 's a bit sad when you are a restaurant in a small Northern German town and you can 't do typical North German specialties very well. We all had 'Grünkohl ' and we were all disappointed: kale was too doggy, fried potatoes far too fatty, Kassler had...not been boiled with the kale and the sausage was a bit tasteless.
