We went to this restaurant to do a pre-game football event for our hs playoff game around 15 o'clock on the day after thanksgiving. for 10 people we were reserved 12:30. the restaurant was busy with fifa Worldcup viewers for a 1pm game, but there were several large empty tables available. after we had set ourselves, we ordered drinks; it took our waitress 50 minutes to notify us that the restaurant was from **** mary mix. we ordered a beer instead. drinks over 25 minutes to receive. we ordered food for our group; it took almost an hour to get our food from the kitchen. the food was ready, but the restaurant had no one who supplied the food. service was terrible! the restaurant was short on waiting staff. my man helped us get our food in the waiting zone to get it to us. it was a complete disaster! we finally got our food at 2:05. we ate and went around 22:30 clock just in time to start at 15 o'clock. do not go here until the restaurant has enough personal to serve them or they sit over an hour waiting for drinks to eat. I'll call the manager for this experience!
For the first time the thirteenth! the location in euless is right in front of this great decorated Christmas scene perfect for pictures. the personal was warm and welcoming, everyone had a smile that is hard to find in these days. our group of 5 was sitting immediately and enjoyed every second of our 2hr girls at night!
The best was the bbq garnel! everything else left something to wish! including the drink we had to send back! I would probably just go back if nothing else was open and I was in the opposite!
Our server was so helpful in our decision process. she was fast, efficient, very friendly and nice. the four of us sat outside in the covered area on the side of the building; helped to reduce the noise level. the food was delicious! I look forward to my next visit!
