First steak was not good. Didn't eat it. Had a bit of an odd smell when I opened it up. Thought it might be a fluke so made another one....and it was similar to the first. Normally I buy from H-E-B or a local butcher. This is not anywhere near that quality. Seems like they might be using meat glue.
