This review is meant for the new Casey’s on Church, not the one on 10th Street. I usually avoid negative reviews because I prefer addressing issues directly and respectfully. However, speaking with the manager here is pointless—she is rude, disorganized, and imposes her political views on customers, which is both unprofessional and inappropriate. If I could give zero stars, I would. Besides the manager, this “brand new” location is poorly managed. They frequently run out of popular Casey’s items, and the cashiers seem more interested in their phones at the register than assisting customers. Don’t bother trying to use the gas discount—cashiers often don’t know how to apply it. This has happened to me three times within a month. The only reason I continue to visit this Casey’s is because they offer E85 fuel for flex-fuel vehicles. I have reported all these issues to corporate and hope to see improvements soon.
It wasn't a busy time when I visited Casey's, so I was able to get in and out quickly with everything I needed.
Friendly person taking my order over the phone during a busy holiday weekend! Great pizza for the price.
