The Second Cafe - Etterbeek

I consider this bistro one of my best discoveries in Brussels. It has a terrace plus it’s very cosy inside and it has a bright and friendly atmosphere. The toilets are clean. What Luke H doesn't like about The Second Cafe:
We ordered cocktails in their happy hour which took over half an hour to arrive. Once the drinks did arrive one drink was incorrect. We then waited another 15 mins for the final cocktail. After a complaint we finally got the final cocktail. It was the worst cocktail I have ever had. The juice was cheap, the ice (that was there) was very poor quality.
