I never go to Espinho without eating at this restaurant. I go there with my family once a year if I’m in Portugal and the manager (maybe the owner, I’m not sure) always recognizes us and welcomes us with thanks for coming in. It’s a family style restaurant that doesn’t look like anything special, BUT you get a great Portuguese meal at the beach for an affordable price. View all feedback.

I know Baliza Restaurant for at least 40 years. The quality of service, food and wine has always been of the highest standard.

The service was quite accessible. The food, for me, was a little strong. I ordered garlic steak and honestly there was no garlic in it at all, the steak was tender but the sauce itself was too strong for my taste. However, the rest of the group I was with were pleasantly surprised by the food. I will come back to get another feedback on a different food!
