The owner is a very nice man, but they had some problems with the sanitary and the place smelled really bad. It looked like they were renovating, so hopefully it will be better. No windows in the room. Hallway was in construction or something. The first room had a strong chemical smell when I tried to change the rooms was told to me that it is not poisonous and to try the fan. The next day tried again and finally they gave me another room.
