Having conducted extensive research around Vico's various bars and cafes, this one came out on top. The down side (for a beer-drinker) is that they only serve Nastro Azzuro and Peroni, but at least it's cheap. The overall menu is the best, the service was quick and charming, and the free (and good quality) snacks just keep coming. The traffic noise is annoying, but there's nothing you can do about that.
