In my earlier visit, the food was truly excellent, and the manager took the time to chat with me. However, I noticed that no one mentioned the loyalty program. I found the display and the card only after we had already spent £50, which was disappointing. Overall, it's a great place to eat, but there are some areas for improvement in customer service.
The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the food and cocktails are delightful! I highly recommend this pub—it's the best in Epsom!
