11時の開店に合わせて伺いました。 店内は広く、4人がけのテーブルに案内されました。小上がりもあります。 早速熟成とんかつを注文。 カツは肉厚で食べ応えありそうなボリュームまずはソースをつけて半分。残り半分はソースに卵黄を入れて味変。ソースの酸味がまろやかになりました。後悔したのは、一切れはそのまま何もつけずに食べれば良かったなーと。カツの脂の甘みや旨味を味わえば良かった〜！ デザートに杏仁豆腐もついていて、満足今度は別のメニューを注文したいです。会計はPayPay使えます。

Meh... We have eaten here 3 times so far. As far as sauce katsudon places go I think its pretty middle ground. To be fair this most recent visit was very bad. We have to wait 2-3 minutes. The guy had no social skills and was just a terrible person to be on the floor seating people, taking orders, etc. We sit at the counter. The edge was super sticky. Weird paint, oil from the kitchen, I don 't know which. We ask to be reseated at a table. Its rickety and we have to fix one of the legs (not a big deal, but this is huge pet peeve of mine). We get more bad insincere service from the lifeless robot server guy. The katsudon is decent, and price is okay. No complaints there. They have a cool and delicious kimchi katsudon I haven 't seen anywhere else in Fukui. But this time both my wife and I were served rice that was too dry. And you know if I can tell rice is bad, its bad. I am nowhere near as picky about rice or nearly as sensitive as those born in Japan.
