Was Anonym at Starbucks a mag?
After a fantastic day of skiing, I visited this restaurant and ordered a drip coffee with an espresso shot. The parking lot had plenty of spaces available, the staff was attentive, the bathrooms were clean, and the service was fast. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Starbucks:
Went through drive thru, got the wrong drink. It is ok stuff happens. Go in to have it corrected and receive the wrong drink. I have them correct it again and they just hand me a crusty drink from the counter that is cold. Seriously worst Starbucks experience to date at any location. View all feedback.
I have been a loyal customer of Starbucks since I was a young child and could first ask for a hot chocolate from there. I absolutely adore Starbucks.
The restaurant seriously needs to work on improving the speed of their drive-thru service. It consistently takes 10-15 minutes, no matter how many cars are ahead of you.
The staff at this restaurant was so kind and understanding. When my son accidentally dropped his cake pop in the drive-thru, Olivia went above and beyond by giving him a new one instead of making us pay for it. We were very grateful for her generosity.
