I was in the mood for a beyond burger so I ordered from here. I placed my order on the website for a 11:45am pick up. When I arrived I parked in the local parking lot. I walked in and was greeted by James and he was super nice. He asked if I was picking up and said my name. I said yes and asked for the restroom. He walked me to it. when we went to the table, there were 5 tables dirty nobody cleaned them up what they did, the dirty dishes were taken and placed them on another table and without the table, they sat other guests on the table. I saw no cleaning. the service is bad. all the works are back without paying. After waiting for a while, I saw someone and asked for my care. They have an interesting Jack Daniels selection but everything else is mediocre.

Hostess didn't know how to confirm reservation told me the system was broken then said the restaurant was under new mgmt and they didn't tell her anything . That was after she told me it would be a 40 minute wait and I was surrounded by empty tables. The manager finally came had us seated and our server was terrific! I stopped another young lady on the way out and told her that I wanted to confirm my reservation was confirmed with open table and she saw it immediately and took care of it. Hostess should be trained or let go. She probably was just ready to leave and had to stay because of the 3 employees that came in all together late.
