Very slow, we went on a weeknight and it took a very long time to get our pizza, I can't imagine what it would be like on the weekend. Unfortunately our pizza was so burnt that the crust is all inedible. I expect some charred bubbles at a place like this, but the entire crust was over cooked and bitter.
