I ordered carry-out during today’s lunch service: crab salad, KBBQ beef short rib. Unfortunately, the small side of kimchi had clearly gone bad, so I set that aside. Then, I found that roughly 70% of each beef slice was fat; what little meat I could separate was like a thicker version of Jack Link’s teriyaki beef jerky.
