There’s new management as this town would say “oh again”. Well, THIS manager is educated, kind, accommodating, and seems to get the job done. People don’t want to work in Emporia, and BK has a stigma already. However, I must say the current staff (what little there is) are very pleasant and have great customer service! Waited in drive thru line for 26 minutes for 2 items!!!! There were only 3 cars in the line when I pulled up, and not hardly any customers inside from the looks of it. They were also out of a their advertised new menu item.
