I have followed Chef Elle for years and eaten at all of her locations, and was NEVER disappointed in the quality of her food. She NEVER uses iceberg lettuce, does NOT use corn meal in her crab cakes and uses only the best quality ingredients in all of her entrees and desserts. I have NEVER had a bad meal. I can only... the bruschetta ordered. I'm sorry, we're from basil. the shrimp scampi ordered. I'm sorry we don't have shrimp. gin and tonic, please. I'm sorry we don't have our fleet license. 2 steaks ordered. came to wait perfectly after an hour and a half.
