What User likes about Jimmy John's:
The Unwich Italian is my favorite. Just wish Jimmy John's would use a good quality lettuce for the wrap. Iceberg? Really? Use a big leaf lettuce and will make it so much better. View all feedback.

I ordered two subs on Friday night. When I got home, I discovered that the tomatoes were muddy and tasted off. I called the manager to address the issue, but she responded by saying that I had ordered a sandwich earlier and that everything was fine. She suggested that I bring the subs back to show her.
