My wife and I saw that Minervas was one of the very few restaurants to have a happy hour on a Saturday and decided to give this place a go. All I can say is wow. It was unfortunate that our large gathering of 23 could be accommodated but not served in a timely manner. While we expected orders to be served spread out some orders were doubled for a sad waste of food, some had missing ingredients, and others just never arrived.
